Harper's first night in the crib....:(

Harper has officially moved to the nursery. She seems to really like having all the extra room, since she has pretty much out grown the bassinette. I think it was an easier transition for her, than it was for us...or Amanda anyway. However, we like having all the extra space in our room too! These pictures are of the first time Harper laid in her crib. Tada!

Finally, somewhere I can roll around!

Just happy to be here!

Harper's Nursery is Finally Finished!-almost...

We still have a few more things that we are going to put on the walls, but the majority of the nursery is finally done! A very special Thank You to "Mimi" who made the crib bedding, the valance, and the diaper stacker! Its way better than we ever imagined! And to Kathy who made Harper's blanket that is on the back of the crib! And to Papa for the sweet stuffed animals!

SHE LIKES IT!!!!
Party at my crib or yours?

The stitching on the inside of the bumper was the best surprise!
A good look at the blanket "Aunt Dat" made for Harper
Let me show you around....

Snuggly

Its Cozy.

Changing table with Harper's "birth plaque". (Thanks Nicole!)

The diapaer stacker that Mimi made, and the shelf that Amanda painted.

Dont be alarmed, the tools aren't staying. Eventually the blue parts will be covered to match the crib bedding, and Amanda painted the legs of the cart.

The Valance.

Max and Harper's First Soccer Game

We took Max and Harper to the SAS soccer park in Cary, NC. There is a minor league team here called the Carolina Railhawks. It had rained previous to our arrival, and "OCD Max" took it as his duty to dry ALL of the seats, watching the game in between.

Harper Rolled Over!

Harper officially rolled over for the first time a couple weeks ago. She is very proud of herself. Here are a few pics of the big event!

DARE DAYS

Dare Day is at the waterfront in Manteo, NC. It is kind of like Mayfair that they have in Lakeland, but with activities for the kids as well. Max LOVED the train ride, and the slide! Harper once again slept through it. We just liked the food!!

Ready....
Set...
GO!
Just sleep through it.

These are just plain funny!

I get 70 miles to the gallon on this hog!

Harper's BUMBO seat!

Harper has this seat, called a Bumbo. It helps her to learn to sit up properly, and strengthens her back muscles. She loves it! Amanda can put her up on the kitchen counter while she gets other things done, and the best part is that Harper makes a lot of funny faces when she is in it!
