Christmas Eve fishing

My dad and I took Max fishing on Christmas Eve down at the river. It was our first time fishing here in Raleigh and we found a nice little spot. Max caught a fish by all by himself for the first time. He was really excited. Here are some pics from the day.

Christmas was coming.....

Hello everybody! We hope everyone had a blessed yule season. We certainly did. Tonight we will attempt to get caught up on the posts that were neglected while we celebrated the Christmas holiday. First, we took the kids to the mall to beg a stranger for presents for which, ultimately, we would pay for and he would get all the credit. Then we went to our favorite scenic spot within shouting distance from our house to take some Christmas pics that we would have used for our Christmas cards, had we actually sent some out. So, for all of you who didn't get a card from us, consider this post Holiday wishes from the Deals!
